Before your appointment

• If you do not want to have to pay for your hair to be washed please do so prior to your visit (leave out product).

• Make sure you are completely flexible the day of your appointment as time to completion may vary.

During your appointment

• Please be kind and cordial.

• Please be mindful of your children if you do have to bring them.

• Please do not ask to take too many breaks.
